Registration

  1. Download ZOCCAM from the app store.
  2. Register with name & email address, and mobile number.
  3. Enter real estate license number. (optional)
  4. Verify device with PIN send via text.
  5. Create an 8 digit numeric passcode & confirm passcode.

Send Deposit to KEY TITLE GROUP

  1. Sign in with mobile number and 8-digit numeric password you created
  2. Sign Capture (Android) or Earnest Money (iPhone)
  3. Select Payment type- Earnest Money, Closing Costs, Option Fee (Texas Only)
  4. Scroll to escrow agent or type first 3 letters in search bar
  5. Please identify which Key Title Group branch should be the recipient
  6. Enter property address and check amount (skip contract-related buttons)
  7. Fill out Buyer and Seller information and select “ Me” box for the role that pertains.
    (Note: If the Seller information is not readily available, please enter “N/A”)
  8. Select Paper Check on iPhone – Select Capture on Android
  9. Take a picture of the front and back of the check on a dark well-lit surface
  10. Email notifications will be sent to all the parties entered
